OASIS believes that:
Every dog deserves a second chance  &
Education of others in animal welfare ways is key to long-term success

OASIS is a no-kill, non-profit, all-volunteer-staff dog shelter in Oberlin, Ohio.
It temporarily houses abandoned dogs and seeks to find loving homes for them. In OASIS’ care, the dogs receive food, medical care, socialization and human companionship, all out of harm’s way. The staff attempts to erase any negative treatment the dogs may have encountered prior to entering our Shelter’s doors.

OASIS is funded 100% by donations from people who want to help our mission. If you are considering adopting a dog, please contact us for an appointment to visit with our residents.
